We do not deliver off-the-shelf training. We build a bespoke sustainability journey for your board — designed around your sector, your strategic context, and the questions your directors actually need to answer.
A three-stage approach to driving change at the board level
All our programs are customised to your context, priorities, objectives following three precise stages to equip the board with the tools to lead on sustainability issues.
The session will be specifically designed for your company and your Board, based on in-depth conversations with key stakeholders involved in the programme, to best address their questions and concerns. It will also be enriched by our experience from previous projects conducted with companies within or close to your ecosystem.
The session will build on our 10 years of international experience, during which we have learned that every situation is unique and deserves a tailored approach, as well as dedicated time from the Board and its members to understand the topic and its impact on governance.
After the interview phase, we involved Philippe Joubert and 6 additional speakers to deliver this programme: biodiversity and corporate sustainability experts, NGO representatives and legal experts.
